Our Fried Chicken Wing Story

My chicken recipe was handed down to me at the tender age of 9. My mom said to me “ how about we get to cookin’ you are old enough now” At nine this was like graduating from culinary school. My mom was a very good cook and her chicken wings were amazing, my siblings and I loved when she cooked it. I had the most interest in how she made her fried chicken, So I would watch and began to help cook, “Clean that chicken girl” ,“Drain that water off“ she’d say. All the while I’m following those instructions. The preparation of the fried chicken wings was so important and then the magic happened. Between the special blend of seasonings and the oil selection, the outcome was the best-fried chicken that I’ve ever tasted and my family had friends come over requesting her chicken. Today Sherelle’s Famous Fried Chicken recipe Is alive & well and available to the public. About to be passed down to my granddaughter and some.
